Where are the commercials to get gems? I didn't even know about them! Also, when I bought the boost. I didn't get it. Support says it might be in storage. How do I find storage?

Right now I have only 2 orders that need enchanted crafts. and they want 141! I have an ether well, but it's still impossible!
