You need to open a ticket with them and let them know how many rounds you won (it would have had to of been at least 5 rounds), and the fact you didn't get any prizes nor the Monkey.. If you had already previously opened up a ticket on this issue, …

@pugloverof3 , the thing is .. they are trying to get you to buy gems, is why they don't do that. Very frustrating indeed. I will tell you however, that you can wait for 2 hours and go back, and pick something else once your current choice expire.
