All 4 of my ether wells aren’t replenishing and will soon put a lot of gems to waste.

My well won’t provide ether. I can’t remove it either. Anyone know how to resolve this? I submitted a ticket in the meanwhile. TIA
My ether well is the same, cannot collect or purchase a new one. Only way to get ether is by visiting other island for an amount of 5, not good!

Same - my 1000 coin well is not replenishing and cannot be deleted and replaced.

The shallow either well on my game is stuck and has not left. I have waited a few days and it is still there and it isn't giving me any either. I'm not able to get another as it says I already have the one.

Mine is also stuck. Not giving ether. I have one deep well that doesn’t do anything when I click on it to see when it will give me more. I NEED ether!

One of my either well is stuck on empty. I can’t delete it and it will not refill with either. How can I remove it from my page? I understand that this is an issue for a lot of people and I would like some some feedback on what is being done thank you
