I can’t even get a message when I tap on the dock. Usually it will give a message about when it will return. Getting nothing at all now. I also have last cruise items in the workshops.
Ship docked then after I started making stuff for it it disappeared along with ability to make cruise items. The ones I had started stayed and finished making. Now I restart and hit the cruise button, taken to dock, hear Ship but no ship! Ugg

I lost my ship too! So frustrated with this game!!
Was playing cruise today. Left game. Just came back. Cruise ship shows on left side of screen but cruise ship there. Also tap dock nothing happens. Ridiculous

The same thing happened to me. Cruise ship came in today. I did a few orders, before updates, now everything is gone. I don’t even know how long cruise is supposed to e here before event starts
I also updated today and my cruise ship has disappeared still haven't invited all guests.

I understand that you did not receive the cruise ship rewards and I know how frustrating it is not to receive the rewards that you deserve. Currently, we have an on going issue with the cruise ship that went missing from the game and due to this issue, rewarding of the cruise ship is also affected. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you. Our team is already aware of this and now working on a fix. For this, I am unable to make any adjustment on the account. Update done and cruise ship disappeared
Cruise ship gone, but club can still see me there. Can't make any of the items either. What on earth could cause this type of debacle?

We are receiving reports that their cruise ship have disappeared and some were unable to receive their cruise ship rewards after the update. We are already looking into the issue and made sure that we have our best people working on finding a solution for you. There is no need to write to support about this.
