Mermaid ripoff
Okay, a while ago I paid for 10 items from the mermaid.. it showed them i chose them but did not get them..well now just now it has happened again, this time i paid for 10 blue dye to make paint..it showed it right, but after she went to sleep again, no blue dye..I let it go after emailing you last time,and got no reply.. but now again is too much, she is too pricey anyway and when i lose twice I am upset..I pay a lot of real money to play this game, so you owe me this time..10 blue paint dye.

She doesn't stay for the full 24 hours. I can purchase her services at. Night late around 2 AM by noon the next day she has expired.
I may be wrong but I don't think 24 hours is an option. She stays for 12 hours, 2 or 3 days or 7 days.
Hi, i generally use her for 2 days when the cruise is in, it is helpful, and i think i have only had 2 times i did not get what i ordered..so I am glad for her help, just wish we could wake her up when we want her, 'cause time runs out fast when you have to sleep yourself!
I would prefer it if there was a set number of requests we could make e.g. 10 per day or 70 per week rather than having to wait two hours between requests. Sometimes I hardly use her but other times I need a lot of stuff. I get that she's not going to give out unlimited items but a bit of flexibility would be nice.
I like your idea Sarah Louise, wonder if Zynga might take it to heart.
