  How do I promote a club member to moderator or leader status, please? I am the only leader.

  There can only be one Beach Club Leader, @trae17. To promote a Member as Moderator, just tap the player's name on your

  I created a club. I've been trying to promote some members. Yet I'm not getting the option to do so. Can someone please assist?

  Go to the clubhouse and then click on the person's name to get the pop up shown above.

  I had a club competing against my club in the last cruise they were all level 80..there were 4 leaders and 3 moderators. So I know you may have more than one leader. Also to open the promote window you must click in the middle of the bar. Not on the icon. Good luck in your clubs.

  Would you mind directing me to the clubhouse please? Is this the cabana looking thing that is on the beach? Coz I've clicked there to access the club, I've also clicked on the chat and then clicking my club. The option to promote is not appearing when I click on any members name. I don't even get the option to remove club members. Help please

  The key to getting the promote button to pop up is the press on your member's name, not their icon. I've just figured this out myself after much frustration!!!! AND, in order to promote someone else to be a leader as well, first promote them to moderator, then promote them again to leader. So, promote them twice to make them.leader. So, more than one person can be leader in a club. WHEW!!!! Someone should write this down in one of the guides!!!
