Every time I get around 17 days, it starts over again. I send in a complaint and the tell me I missed a day. I got day 17(rope) this morning and this evening it started over at day 1. I play this game every day, so I know I don’t “ miss a day”!
What irritates me is when I don’t even see Zemis Gift for three or four days. I have never completed a 20 day cycle because it never shows up for 20 days in a row.
Zemi's gift has not been working properly for me, for 3 days. It resets every time I log on to play the game.
I only get to day 18 then it starts over. It tells me every time I missed 2 days when I haven’t
Yesterday I got the first days gift, today when I started the game I was back on the first day again and it says that I have lost a day. There are times when Zemi doesn't show up at all. I think this part of the game is rigged. I have not gotten to day 20 since I started playing Zemi's gifts in three months. And I play every day.
I am on the same time every day and it keeps resetting and can never get to the end.

As you can see the bugs are still causing problems so until they've been sorted Ì doubt they will roll it out for everybody.
I put in a support request and they are seriously no help. Even sent the pic where it shows that Zemi has me on day 4 with no days blocked out in grey. The support girl said that I missed August 1. I didn’t but even if I did, I would not be on day 4 now. I would be on 8 or 9. It resets every single week, randomly. I can max out on the cruise and the next day it resets to day 1. They really need to dump Zemi and go back to gifts that actually work.
A: For the 3rd or 4th time in a row (since I started playing, whenever that was), when I get to day 19 and collect my prize - the next day, I'm restarted to day 1.
B: No error message
C: Screen shot won't help because it merely shows day 1 highlighted.
D : None, other than seeing that this is a constant problem with other players as well.
E: I use an iPhone to play.
When is this supposed to be rolled out to everyone? My sister has this feature and is getting all sorts of helpful things everyday. I don't even have this feature and am struggling through levels. I started playing this game before she did and she's going to be waaaaay ahead of me because of all the extra things she's getting everyday!

Well I'd like to know what things she's getting that help her level up lol The prizes I get aren't helping with levels, believe me you're not missing out that much that she'd be waaaaaay ahead of you

It's only a recent addition to the game and it will probably be rolled out to everybody probably when they've ironed out all the glitches

As you can see from this thread the bugs haven't been ironed out and until that happens they won't roll it out to everybody's game. I've been playing Tropic Escape since it was first released and there's been things I haven't had for a while after others got them. The weekly tournament is one example, I had beach club members that had it for ages before I did, it's just one of those things when an app is played by so many people
I'm on the 20 day of Zemi daily gifts. I should be able to open 20th in a few minutes but greyed out. Game says game will reset in 8+ hrs. I'm going to lose 20th and bonus gifts if not fixed soon. Please do something soon?
My zemis gifts has been working perfectly since i started..but yesterday i got my bonus and this morning it is stuck on bonus again, i click on it and it just keeps flashing..wont let me get my daily one just shows completed calendar with flashing bonus..so tried force stop and restarted my wifi, no help, dont know what to do.shut it all down and rebooted..nothing, must be the latest update.
Same thing is happening to me, MrsM2!
Okay, my zemi is fixed today..great job guys..i didn't lose it. Hope you all get yours fixed..
