I have completed 5 orders, and it’s telling me max orders achieved... please fix!

Same just happened to me. I sent a support ticket, why? So they can't say I didn't. As is, support is a reactive situation but it is so disappointing when while you are filing a support ticket you already know nothing will be done to fix anything.

New cruise, same problem. Haven’t done a single order and already maxed out
I sent in two tickets now and NOTHING has been done. This cruise ship just came back, I'm always a top 3 contributor and it says I've served 40 guests. The ship JUST arrived.
Zynga please fix this issue.
Zynga I’m so disappointed. There is no acknowledgement that you or any of the forum moderators are even reading our posts, let alone taking action to to fix.
Same problem here with the pirates cruise and now the sun chasers , no answers to emails just automated. Maddening, it is my club and all my members count on me to play. Disappointing.
My situation is EXACTLY as you describe. I got locked out of the Pirate Cruise during the last round of visits. I was told to update, and do a force stop and that the counter had been set to zero. That didn't work. When the Sunchaser Cruise arrived IL am still maxed out. I sent pictures and was told that they are working on this.
My game backs up to the iCloud and I am connected to Facebook and the Game Center. I deleted my game mainly because on my iPhone it is the only wayt to clear the cache. This did not resolve the issue and I don't see how it will when the reinstall is just a download from iCloud for me.
However, Zynga suggests that you be connected to Facebook before deleting your game so that you don't lose your progress. If you don't have Facebook, I wouldn't try it without consulting them.
I was told to force restart, which I did, and I still have the same problem. I even rebooted my iPad. Anyone else still experiencing the same problem?
I echo everyone of you! I have had the same 40 of 40 problem since the last day of pirates.New sub chasers same thing. I was told to force close the game ..well i have done that 5 times, i will not unistal because I am not on facebook. I guess i will wait til they update again and hope for the best. Don't know how i got so wrapped up in this game! Guess it's because it's so much fun.

Please, has anyone had any luck with the force stop thing they keep telling us to do? It has not worked for me, it has given me a black screen with white hieroglyphics at the bottom. Very strange, this game is the most fun, most buggie game app. I do not know why they can't get it fixed, i am currently waiting for the next update when they will get rid of the Halloween event, hopefully that might set it all right.
YAY! New cruise and I can play....Yay! Hang in there if you cant play, wait it out..better than losing everything, and starting over.
I fill my orders, but guest just stays there. I'm not getting credit for finished orders and can't invite more guest.
