I just tried contacting support and after submitting my report, the page displayed a message, “Oops, something went wrong!” and that was it. Did my report go through? I don’t know. This happened to me a couple of times before. Once, I think I did eventually get a reply, the other time I didn’t. I would have to say that this is maybe the 3rd or 4th time in a year to a year and a half that I’ve attempted to contact support. I don’t report every little issue and because I don’t use it often, I’d forgotten about it. It just so happens that my last two attempts were close enough together to remember this problem. Essentially, technical support is broken and needs technicians support.
