[FIXED] Why are my Guides unavailable to use and that they are at the Holiday Iceberg?

Update 1/30/18

Good news! We have just released a fix regarding the missing Guides issue. You need to reload the game twice, ensure that you are playing online, and allow the game to fully load for the fix to take effect. Here's how:

We have received reports that some players are unable to use their Guides and that these can be found at the Holiday Iceberg. Our team is already investigating the matter so they can come up with a fix soon. We appreciate your patience and understanding about this issue.
