Why are my Guides unavailable to use and that they are at the Holiday Iceberg?

We have received reports that some players are unable to use their Guides and that these can be found at the Holiday Iceberg. Our team is already investigating the matter so they can come up with a fix soon. We appreciate your patience and understanding about this issue.
