COSMOS platform left and took 4 guest guides with it! ...
Please help me ... four guest/guides weren’t returned to my island after COSMOS Platform left. See my screen shots below ... three regular guides, Domingo, Maya and Zack, and the fourth one is the snorkel lady!!
I’ve rebooted multiple times ... even shut down iPad completely ... please help me, Bonnie. 🥺

Hi again ... still no change in timer on my missing guides .... please return them to me soI can play your new event!! Still says 4hrs, 45min, 59sec ... are they in purgatory?? I feel like I am 🤬 ....

I have the same problem! My timers are stuck at 4 hours. Please fix this developers!!!
Same thing - the Cosmos platform took 4 of my guides!
A huge thank you for fixing my issue .... my missing guides have returned home. I hope everyone else who experienced the same problem has also been replaced!! Thank you for supporting comments 🤗
