Sync your game to cloud

I’ve followed zyngas instructions to disconnect from social media, close out, reopen, reconnect, close out, reopen and wait for sync. I’ve done this at least 50 times.

When is zynga going to fix this? This is ridiculous! I’ve emailed them and no response.
