Can’t collect my cruise ship orders
in Ask a Player
I’ve filled all my orders on the cruise ship but I can’t collect them. The guests are just hanging around on the beaches with a check mark over them but they won’t give up their loot!

Hi, @MajahLindsey. After you have collected the necessary souvenirs, make sure to drag and release it in the middle part of the Visitor's body. A "Collect Rewards" button will appear. For additional info about the Cruise Ship feature, you may check this guide. Enjoy!
