Cruise Visitors Quota
My suggestion is on Cruise Visitors' daily quota which is limited to only 40!
Since the "skipping" visitors also reduce the visitors amount, my suggestion is please change to one of these listed below...if possible
1. Remove the quota system of 40 visitors per day
if not
2. Increase the visitors to 100
also, if possible,
3. Do not penalize skipping visitors
I think this will help more people in participating Cruise missions

I agree because some of the lower level club players can only do small amounts and others of us could do double the max of 40
