    Hi SteLex,

    I'm hoping you can help me out. Since February, all of my support requests have gone unanswered. No email reply from support at all.

    Recently, I have been having an issue of crafted items not counting towards the quests. Sometimes this happens and sometimes it doesn't. But it has become so frustrating that I have stopped playing a game that I usually really enjoy.

    I did fill out the form to contact support and was given a ticket number on August 12th, and I still have heard absolutely nothing from support. One of my co-op members contacted support with my ticket number, but support told her I had to contact them myself because of privacy and security issues.

    Do you know of another way to contact support, other than the online form?

    Or perhaps you have an answer to my crafted items only once in a while counting towards quest goals?

    I'm not sure what to do next. Please help.

      I have had this happen, but only after 35 orders and up in my coop goal. Tech support replied and explained that each member only can account for 35 orders per coop goal each week. But....since I received an answer as to why my orders weren't being added, it stopped doing the cutoff? I also don't get anything I ask neighbors or friends for. Techsupport told me that I had to allow popups (unblock requests) but that didn't work either. I allowed popups for facebook and Zynga both and it didn't work. My relatives that also play don't have this problem at all. It's very frustrating, I completely understand.
