I like the chance to make suggestions even if i am late. I think customer support really needs to improve! I love the game and have put a lot of time and money into it, however a few days ago I started not being able to purchase Farm bucks I have emailed customer support three times now NO answer and still not working is this something we are not allowed to do any more I have gotten and error code and I supplied them with that also

Support doesn't answer a lot of issues or solve a lot of problems
Support at times does help with some things but if not a deep wide problem they probably won't.
Doubt Support will ever change and be what a true support is with games.
Support with Z has never been that way really.
Some will say Support was great for them but as a suggestion to better support.
Probably the last thing that will ever happen to the kind of support that matters. WE have gone through many mods even here at forum and more over the years of these Z games and many games are no more
With not being able to buy farmbucks if on Zynga side and that is side you only play on and can't do not know why
If playing on FB and game is synced to Z side I know for me with buying and purchasing have to go through FB for it to count. So could be something with your form of paying or something else.
You may even have to check your spam mail. Are you getting at least the automated responses that go out when you send a ticket in at least.
Make a filter in your email provider area or such to allow emails from Z. Your email provider may be blocking them in some fashion if not getting a reply back.
You may have to contact Facebook even possibly
Support/Z is not at these forums nor reads these posts.
Just got to look at these things or in the threads you mentioned the issue perhaps more details on what happens when you try or where you are trying

Farmville2 Country Escape
I have been playing farmviille2 for years and my farm buck keep disappear. Why can't a person earn 1 farm buck each level up. Also to have to purchase farm bucks isn't affordable with some people! Can't we earn them other ways,!!
If no one buys farmbucks, there will be no game. You dont HAVE to buy them, I used to, but rarely do now, and when I do, I make sure I use them straight away because I'm the Misclick queen.

Farmbucks are special for people and more. I know another game that had Horseshoes as the Farmbuck equivalent and too many issues like with the FB's they would disappear.
Myself better to NOT have them than is. Only time had any was many years ago they gave one or two with surveys or something. Never bought any and won't spend on this game to even have them. Myself really not worth the money with fact too many have them go missing with a itchy clicky finger.

I wasn't referring to you or such. Just was thinking itchy trigger finger feeling for all of us that are that way.
I like to go through game quick to get things done when played more than I do these days.
I have so much other stuff and more.

I have found that I cannot purchase through the tab at top of game screen. I have to attempt to purchase something that I don't have enough to buy, then it will let me purchase up to 650 FB. Unfortunately, and probably purposely, it does not give an option to purchase 1,000, which is the best deal.
@TCharlie Have you tried clicking on the plus sign beside the farm bucks or beside the coins?

Yes. When I do, the "buy" buttons go dark and nothing happens. It does not open the payment screen. I have tried it every possible way. Thank you for the suggestion, though.
