Steps:
1. Log in to Farmville 2.
2. Scroll down the screen and select "Support" from list at very bottom of screen. This brings up FarmVille2 Support popup window.
3. Scroll all the way down to Contact Us button and click.
4. Nothing happens at all.
I should be presented with the form to fill in what has gone wrong with my game that keeps me from playing it so that support can look into it. Like it used to.

Thanks for the link -- just what I needed
This game sucks. No way to contact zynga about issues. Goals will expire and there's no way to get anyone to fix it. ZYNGA SUCKS

I can send something - but then nothing - no answer
Did you use the link to contact support in post before yours. If you used your email that you use with your account you at least should have gotten an automated response. Saying thank you for your inquiry we will get back with you etc.
They do not answer snap like that either on issues. What was your issue you contacted them on. Could be need to set a filter to allow email from zynga. Or your issue is not one of real importance. But as said not knowing your issue to know if one that they will assist you with not a lot we can tell you more with
Check your spam filter on the email you used to register for the game. You should get an autoresponse within 24 hrs of sending in a ticket to Zupport via the link in my signature.

As @konamouse said. Regardless of "how busy they are" or whether your issue is "not one of real importance" you should get the automated response confirming your ticket. If not it has either not gone through or your response is in your spam folder.

I do not have the red contact support button in my game. Can anyone tell me how to contact support about that.
If you look at the posts above yours, shakespam and konamouse both have the link to support in their signature.
Support button is not working. My farm bucks have disappeared; yesterday I had about 200, today only 73 and I didn't purchase anything.
We know the button doesn't work. Hasn't worked in years.
That is why some of us put the link in our signature, to make it easy for you guys to contact support. That link does work. Hope they help you out.
However, regarding Farmbuck$. You have to be really careful since the screen sometimes moves and you might accidentally click on "buy" for bucks instead of gold coins. Play slower to avoid losing buck$ in the future.
