I cant play this game anywhere please help

I have been trying to play this game for months now.I absolutely cannot play farmville from zyngagames.com,there is only white screen and nothing else.I cant play it from facebook it is always stuck at downloading when its around %80-85.The only way I found was to play it from facebook gameroom.That worked and I can only play farmville 2 from facebook gameroom.But I cant see any of my neighbors or I cant receive any inbox mail from my friends in facebook gameroom too.I tried doing all the thing people are saying me to do, cleared cache,deleted chrome and downloaded it again,tried other platforms like mozilla firefox,downloaded the thing called farmville 2 x-press but nothing works.This makes me really sad,I used to play this game 2 years ago now I cant do anything.Please help

Hi you may need to see if your computer has enough memory to support the game. I went to my computer guy and told him what I play and he made sure my computer was set up to support it.
That is the only thing I can think of as you have said you have tried other browers and cleared cache etc, unless some more tech savy forum players can help?

Search the forum on game loading issues or white screen or the launcher if you have that and follow the trouble shooting steps. Pretty much what will be told to do even as said above could be issue. Check hardware acceleration
