My quests are missing from the left side of my game. Occasionally they reappear, but mostly not.

Log out clear cache log back in. Mine on occasion while playing game have not fully loaded so I follow this step or just leave and come back later or refresh
I've tried that and it doesn't work for me. The quests seem to show up when they want to, normally when a new story line is being added. Also, when the quests are not showing I have to keep closing out and signing back in to use my farmhands. grrrrrrr
Often if you complete one of the tasks, the quest icon reappears again (Until it vanishes again). If you remember what stage you were on, take a look at this site,, you can complete the quests, although you do have to manually go into the kitchen or workshop and search for the required recipes,.

I'm having the same issues, quests showing up when they want to. I've been in contact with Zynga, apparently, they can't figure it out either, since it's been 2 weeks since I reported.
Yes the Quest icons come and go. Leaving and coming back later or slowly doing things may keep it there.
The quests will be there on left side until you complete or the time is up.
I have had my quest not show time to time when in game when was there when started or something or finished one and doesn't load up next card of the quest or something.
But i refresh or leave and come back later.

I think its to do with the game not fully loading, as this happens from time to time with me. Sometimes I visit a neighbour and come back and it shows up. You should get a confirmation email to say your ticket has been received from support from what you have written if you haven't got anything, your report has not gone through, or if you got that confirmation and no further reply, it has been treated as non urgent.

I reached out this morning, they only tell me they are working on it.....
which is what they are doing then, I personally think its a loading problem which is something they can not resolve. Try some of the suggestions or start writing down the quest or go to the link Irena.P offered and do the tasks and it will complete and trigger the next one.

My game has now started doing that. No quests on the left hand side but do have the the farmville 2 launcher one and the start the following quest earlier ones. They come and go as they please. Have tried everything, refreshing, leaving and coming back, clearing my cache, using different platforms and a big nothing. I have used the link above and it does help, except when you need to post for something then you need to wait at the feed to see if you can "catch them" as they come through. My farmhands are there when I load my game and if I use one an new one doesn't arrive until I refresh and come back. It is so annoying.....
I don't know if Launcher has anything to do with them missing or not either. But my quests disappear sometimes briefly. If I visit a neighbor, come back later and such they will be there. Sometimes takes a couple minutes for game to fully load.

hi all- i am suffering the same issue. i've managed to get the quests up once in the last 9 days. ive tried refreshing, going to neighbours, clearing cache....it really makes me think why even bother anymore. they dont even seem to acknowledge it as a huge issue?
These days they don't acknowledge much as big issues. Not like they used to a few years ago when had Mods here at forum that cared about our issues with the game and more. Support does not come here nor do they read this. WE didn't have to go hunt them up or take matters into our own hands to reach someone. But we got an acknowledgement from a mod and even they made a Known Issue thread. But not everything now gets acknowledged as big issue unless enough in their mind have the issue perhaps or we have pushed on it.
It was said they are working on things and are aware in another thread but not everything sees a fix in a snap. It takes months and some times never gets fixed.
But it took a push by a few of us to even get attention to a moderator now on an issue but as said just get they are working on the issues and will let us know when fixed or such.
But the issue doesn't happen with all either on the quests as not an issue with me.

Write them down when they do pop up as they still work. When you finish one it will prompt the finish to pop up and the next one.
If not. goggle the quest there are blogs that list the quest guides to help you.

If they go missing, try looking in here to read a copy of the quests, often when you complete a part of it, it prompts the quest to appear again.

I too, havent had quests for weeks! Ive missed out on all holiday/christmas ones and so much more that i probably dont know about. ive done all i can do at my end... i hope it gets fixed soon as the game is boring without quests to do
This thread was about vanishing side quests, not about not receiving quests at all.
You could send a ticket to Support, (Link is in my signature) but they will no doubt tell you, Quests are given randomly, not everyone gets every quest. It's odd you are not getting ANY quests for weeks though. You can always try, you might be given one or two.

Also @MissJ17 are you getting the side quests?
Agree with IRena.P if it is the other quests like Baby Center/Holiday Headquarters you will need to do as advised.
