  I had hundreds in Ian's account about a week ago, and somehow they went away.

  This happened to me a few times usually i lose a few i get from requests but this morning I had over 100 items I had asked for and i collected them but when i got into the game there were NONE there. This happens quite often......is there a fix?

  In your envelope (upper right corner) are three levels. 1 is gifts (water, fertilizer, XP, metal). Accept items (they are already in your inventory, to the max allowed, which is 12) and then Help items. If you click on water or bottles, they add to your inventory only the max level (water max based on your how many helping hands you have done, but the default is 30) and bottles, still only a max of 12 at a time.
