  I know how you feel, each week I get overtaken by those that get the extra double time. I stopped my VIP payments and told Zynga why.

  What Aussiegilz has said above is correct with this game

  You do not get everything guaranteed to reach you of the quests or releases or other things. And VIP doesn't mean you get priority over rest. Just means you get special items inside the Crates or such you get that rest of us do not

  VIP does not mean anything more special like you should get treated more differently than those of us who are not VIP members or don't spend on the game or whatever or even get your problems solved over others
