GAME DOES NOT LOAD

Game does not load. in Facebook or Zynga games. launcher does not work. loading bar just try to load. Only thing is that i can click on notification and accepts it. since 5days it is like this only. I cannot play the game in PC OR LAPTOP.

Try uninstalling Launcher, clear the browser cache, refresh, do a search and make sure you have no Launcher files left over on your PC, Install Launcher again. I had to do this just a few days ago. Works fine with the fresh install.

Thank you Irena P. I uninstalled launcher but did not clear the cache afterward, I cleared it before. I will try your technique. Wish me luck.

All you can do is troubleshoot and follow all the suggestions to look at or wait it out and see if works again a day or two down road

Support will tell you to troubleshoot as well.

So not a lot can do beyond that

Hi, I'm in the same boat - my Farmville2 starts to install but then it stalls and no game. This has been going on for 4 days and I have tried to clear the cache but that didn't help - will try to reinstall launcher - hope that works.

Follow all the steps and even in the tips thread with uninstalling it make sure have removed ALL files from the old one.

Launcher may be issue possible something else but just not sure. They closed the parent game to this one when Flash went away but how Launcher takes the place of flash totally not sure on it.

but have been issues for the last year and a half with it nearly.
