shared orders: time is up since weeks

Since a few weeks I cannot do shared orders (on any weekday). It always says: time is up (don't no the exact message which comes in english. In german it says ("Die Zeit ist abgelaufen...")

If you have the Coop challenge thing going on, the shared orders will not be working until it is finished. I think it lasts 3 weeks

The coop challenge is over since a few weeks. But the shared orders is still not working. And was not working before the coop challenge

I have not played for a long while. I was booted from my coop and cannot join another one. Is this why?

A truck load of posts about problems with the COOP, I suggest you search the forum and read them.
