dolphin station wont open, what an inconvenience when you got 60 minutes of free water sitting there and you cant use it.

Are you working on the dolphin area to get the dolphin I presume

Maybe go visit a neighbor and come back and see if will do whatever for you.

As many of us already have the dolphin and such with newbies coming into things in the game now things may not be what they were when we were doing these missions/tasks etc
