Suppose to fertilize 1 Mango tree - not recognizing that I have bought the tree and fertilized it. Any ideas?? But has recognised all other items in quest.

I watered and fertilized a mango tree in my Level 1 Orchard and an elder tree I got out of inventory and they both counted towards the 18 I need to fertilize. Try putting it on Helping Hands for someone to do for you and see if that counts.
