I normally get it early Monday morning but haven't received it yet, and my Quests on the left side of the screen has also dissapeared. Am I the only one with these issues?

I take it everyone is having the same problem, crate has'nt landed yet & quests missing.
Plus i've had to refresh the page for the helpers to appear has the truck must be broken, this seams to be affecting both crome and firefox browsers.

Well, it's Tuesday morning, 4:02AM EST and I still haven't got my VIP package. Does this mean I may not get the quest either(not that I really care about that)? Well looky what I finally got:

I was billed on the 18th for my VIP but I did not get the Monthly Animal like I am supposed to. I emailed support twice so far and no one has responded.

Still have not received animal. Reported this to support twice already, no response, not even theemail stating they are reviewing my ticket. Anyone know how to get someone to help?

usually it is ready for me late Sunday or early Monday. But have not received it yet.
I get mine late on Sunday and I got it last night. I saw someone ask this earlier so I guess some people haven't gotten it yet.

Haven’t heard anything. Didn’t even get the email saying they received my ticket. Its very frustrating.
