Community neighbors and Mulch

How do I get the pop up for community neighbors. I can't find it anywhere. Also what do you do with mulch. I have had a hundred for months....no idea how I got them or what to do with them. Fertilizer is all I know to use. Lastly, I have had a halloween spooky stand
and I cant get rid of it. It wont let me store it or sell it.

The Mulch is for the Gourmet Farm. Down in your lower right corner in your legend area the last button if you hove over it you will see a Travel button so click on the travel button to go to your Gourmet Farm if you have it.

I don't see you getting Mulch if you don't have that.

The Spooky stand you need to contact Support to remove that. I think that is from Halloween of Last year or Halloween the Year before I can't remember which.

But there is a help tab at top of your game area you can click on and then hit the support button in that pop up window and then hit contact us and a form should appear to fill out and send in

The Neighbor thing is tricky so
