Does it work like the level-up, maturing all trees, crops, the water, and animals? Or does it affect only the crops?
IOW, should I pull my animals out of pasture before using?

Answering my own question (I got inpatient and tried it). Both animals and plants are matured. There is the normal 17 hour cooling off between uses.
