NOT RECEIVING VIP BENEFITS
Zynga auto renewed my VIP on 12/20/19 after the trial which is fine, but I haven't received ANY of the VIP benefits since then. I sent a mssg through FB, but haven't found any customer service from Zynga to resolve this. Can anyone help? Thx
