  @Scrumper the Bastille Day Quest as per this link https://zyngaplayerforums.com/farmville/discussion/3170035/official-guide-walkthrough-farmville-bastille-day-quest-guide#latest shows this quest started 2nd July BUT not for many of us and with no answers yet from Zynga

  The official release date of the Bastille day quest is July 2nd, but today is July 5th and the quest has not become available yet.
