The feeds with in the game do not work for most players, this is due to intentional FaceBook changes. In the past Zynga has been able to work around this for some players, for other players the in game feed has not worked in over a year.
You need to use either the FaceBook news feed or the Facebook group that Zynga created for players FarmVille - The Official Group.
I have have not used the in game at all for over a year, you really don't need the in game feed.
FarmVille's Customer Support is currently closed because of the Covid 19 virus, so even if they are able to do another work around it is not going to happen for many weeks.
Hello. I have a problem. For the fifth day in a row, everytime I try to retrieve anything from the feed panel, all I get is "Refresh The Feed Panel". I cannot get anything I need or would like to have. I am sure I am not the only one having this problem. Please check into this.

There is a Known Issue thread on this subject, yes the in game feeds are broken, FaceBook made changes, Support is closed because of the virus, please be understanding.

If I can't get help from the feed panel I might as well quit. I don't get any help from friends except maybe about 4. Thats not enough to keep up with the other gamers.

Please don't comment on old threads. The feed panel is broken, probably permanently, use the FaceBook News Feed or the group Zynga started to combat the changes FaceBook made: FarmVille - The Official Group

Many players have never used the feed below the farm so creating a work around is not a top priority.

There are dozens of posts about this, yes it is broken due to FaceBook changes made over a year ago, Zynga was able to make a work around that worked for some players, now it does not work. Zynga is trying to fix it but most of their employees have been sent home because of the Covid-19 virus and they are not equipped to work from home.
Many players do not use the in game feeds, they are not a requirement for playing the game. Zynga made a special FaceBook group for players to use instead of the in game feed which might never be fixed due to FaceBook changes. Try using the group FarmVille - The Official Group

Apologies for the experience, Farmers. As our team strives hard to fix the issue with the Feed Panel, I suggest disabling or enabling the "FarmVille ZFeed Enabled" box on the in-game Settings (reference below) to help you collect items again. Thus, reload your game for the changes to take effect. Additionally, you may also opt to Facebook News Feed for other ways to claim Farm supplies. For more details, please refer to this article. Your continued patience and cooperation are greatly appreciated. Thanks!
