There is a Support tab at the top of your farm, click that and at the bottom of the list that opens there should be a red Contact Us button. I have nothing in the Farmville Request envelope and can't even click on it. If we cannot receive parts, it makes it difficult to complete certain buildings.

I'm a bit frustrated that there is only one response from Zynga about this and it's 2 days old. An update of any sort would be helpful.
Not being able to access the Farmville Request envelope means no progress on our buildings, no adding neighbours, no getting SDB's for helping friends - nothing. All player-to-player access has stopped.
So, sorry if this is the wrong forum but it seems to be the only forum we're allowed to comment at all, as the support forum tabbed in game has instructed us NOT to comment. Which I thought was rude.

Please try the tab on your farm first as it will pre-fill many of the questions on the form. Good luck!

My gift envelope has been closed for the last two days.

I may have a work around the Request Envelope being Empty
Go to redeem option an you might be able to accept some but not all.

EagleEyes ... you need to remove all your private information ... lke your fv ID number & your email address off the above message ....
