Farm quits loading at 99%

Starting on December 7th, my farm will not fully load. The progress bar gets to 99% and stops. I've tried the troubleshooting steps, 3 computers and 4 different browsers. I even tried loading my farm at my daughters house and it still won't work even though she can load her own farm. I opened a support ticket and I've heard nothing back. I'm at my wits end and don't know what else to do.

did you receive a reply back from your support email? as you always get a reply telling you they are onto it ... and will let you know asap .... if you didnt you need to re-contact them as they didnt receive it as they always reply ....
if you did get the reply email ... they must be working on it ... I have seen on FB that others are having this issue also ... maybe its affecting some farms but not others .... I hope it gets sorted for you quickly

Thank you for the reply Peela. I received an email that said the Farmville team is monitoring all of the reported issues and to try some troubleshooting steps. I've done all those and then some.

well thats a nuisance .... was hoping there was a glitch and you werent in the queue .... I really dont know what to suggest seeing as you have done all the 'troubleshooting steps suggested' ...
I havent had this issue (touch wood) ... so cant fully understand your frustration ... but its very annoying when something just wont load.... all I can suggest is to keep trying ... I know thats really no help ... but as you have contacted support and they had nothing to suggest other than the usual .... I suppose its just a matter of hoping they fix the issue sooner than later
