FIXED: Unable to collect Archaeologist's Brush and Axe on the Feed Panel
Starting to play Old World Expedition today, but the links for Archaeologist's Axe & Brush in the feed panel do not work at all......

maybe as the new farm is only just available and people are grabbing the items as soon as they are posted ... because not everyone gets EA when a new farm opens ...
Not working for me, either... To clarify, it says neither "Got it!" nor "Just missed it!" - it simply does NOTHING. For just those 2 items.
as I said perhaps its because they are new items .... with the farm only opening today .... one would hope that this issue will right itself once a few more players are on this farm...
Same here. The items stay there and do nothing (they're not gone, we just can't accept them. I can accept buildable parts from the new farm, and bushels).
Glad the feed panel came back though.
same. Feed panel not only doesnt work for those items, but it doesnt work for any items. Peela doesnt understand what were saying
So, we pay for early access and can't access these 2 items in the feed. I'm not impressed.

I do understand what youre saying .... as I went to the feed panel to see what was happening ... and yes if you click on somethings nothing happens .... but as I also said the new farm was only just out and sometimes things dont go as planned ... but its sure to be righted once more players join in
When I try to click on the feed panel for the tools needed for Old World it won't do anything. the only ones to work are the found in a treasure

Same here! We are being asked to send an item, not share, not send and receive, just send. Why wouldn't that feature work whether the expansion is new or old?
Once again cant get things in the feed panel, Its not everything. Also the FEEDS TAB in the game is still not working. If you fix the reason why we cant get brushes and axes, fix the posting for the STAMPS, have never been able to get them in the FEED PANEl , only in the feeds or in the FaceBook feed.

Cannot collect any item for Old World from Feed Panel , but all other I can. Same happened with previous farm. What's going on?
this is a known issue .... everyone is having the same problem .... they are looking into it

We can't continue to accept from fb feed because they are NOT posting!!! Same with the Daily Stamp collections. I can't help anyone because nothing posts.

I wouldn't bother trying to collect them (axes and brushes) because I've sent them out as gifts, and received dozens back in return but can't use them. The error message says that I don't need any more of them even though I do. They'll get it fixed in 6 months or so.
Howdy, Farmers! We're glad to share that we've already fixed this. You will now be able to collect Archaeologist's Brush and Axe from the Feed Panel and also continue to claim them via the Facebook Newsfeed. Happy farming!
