Shadow Creek Won't Load

Registered User, Facebook Connect User Posts: 3 Not a Title, but a Star
I paid for early accesss to Shadow Creek, FV cash removed from account. When I try to load, I get an error message: Unable to load farm, try again. Then I receive "Whoa Farmer". Any recommendations?
