Sharing to FarmVille users

How do I share to ONLY FARMVILLE friends? The only option I seem to have is to share to FaceBook and I don't want to do that. How do I share to the "Feed Panel" ?? Thanks.

You need to put everyone who players FV in a group or tell your non-FV friends to block/hide the game
I know that is difficult, but to the best of my knowledge it is the only way.
