I have tried IE, FireFox, and Chrome and still cannot load this game from Facebook. I removed Farmville from my profile and re-installed it. Still nothing. This started last night.

Same problem since June. I pay money to play the game. Have played for years. I guess Zygna rather fix other problems instead of the white screen problem. So much for me being a loyal player when they couldn't care less about me. Do I get a refund???

I have "white screen of death" on my app Farmville for month now ... when I trying to get on farmville all I get is a white screen... I tried different computers ,different browsers ,cleaned everything up, reinstall app... still white screen ... I am able to log-in to my friends profiles farmville game from the same computer, so apparently my computer is not a problem... I want my farm back

Im not having any problems at all ... so maybe its time for you to contact customer support to report the issue directly to them ... I will put up the links in case you cant find them ...

I had this happen to me last December and have asked through support, on the main FB page for help and nothing. I have tried ALL the steps and would like to be able to play again I saw on report that said that it was a FV issue if we can not play on any format and have done all the steps. Is there anyway we can actually get help or could we get a credit for our unused FV cash since I can't use it.

I would try contact Support not through FaceBook. There is a Support tab at the top of your farm, click that and at the bottom of the list that opens there should be a red Contact Us button. If there is no Contact Us button you can also one of the following links and the red Contact Us button at the upper right or Submit button at the bottom.

It doesn't work using Gameroom either. There, I get a black screen.
i have the same problem for 3 months. i did everything, nothing happened.. please i want my farmville back
