That is exactly what I am getting everytime I want to share feed, animal, etc. A large blank page, no circle turning, just blank and the only thing available is the x in the upper right hand corner. I can receive, I can collect from others in the feed, but I cannot give. Is it due to my being temporarily kept from posting due to this information I received just today? And I quote "t looks like you were misusing this feature by going too fast. You’ve been blocked from using it." Please explain.

You need to either pay 2 Farm Cash to progress OR contact Customer Service and ask that they advance you to the next step.
There is a Support tab at the top of your farm, click that and at the bottom of the list that opens there should be a red Contact Us button. If there is no Contact Us button you can also use the following link and the red Contact Us button at the upper right.

You need to contact Customer Support, they will advance you to the next step. They have done this for many, many players.
