Sakura water tractor and water seeder are not on my site and I completed the quest to earn them
I finished the quests and it shows I got the water tractor and the water seeder but neither are on my Sukara

What is the problem with Sakura. Land tractor does't work. I had to buy another one. Still didn't get the water tractor or water seeder I earned on quest even thought they are checked that I earned them
Look at you gift box, tab "Other". There you can find your vehicles ;-)
Hi, ggrannya! MoonshineFarm is right. Try refreshing your game again and look for the vehicles in your Gift Box by clicking on the recent items tab and typing in the search box the tractor and seeder you received. Thank you.
