Not getting pay outs in tourneys for Zynga Poker Hold Em

Have played and placed in several 1B-2B-and 500M tourneys and I do NOT get my pay out/winnings for games...has happened more than a few times in the last few days...as of now I am owed approx...5Billion in chips
