After many years of enjoyable playing, my shortcut suddenly disappeared. I cannot figure out how to restore it. Can anyone please help?

This is to do with Zynga poker. I have a friend who is trying to sell me some chips but I’m not sure If A. It’s legit & B. How I would get them? Am I being scammed?
