Stuck in loop at Grandma’s Glade

I cannot move past the introduction of Grandma’s Glade. Game won’t move forward once items collected and restarts the Grandma’s Glade intro every time I leave and go back into the game. Been like this for over a week. Would really like to keep playing but cannot move forward.
