Why can't I get crafted items from my craft buildings on my farms ( ie: bakeries and wineries)?

When I go into my craft buildings finish item I have crafted my game freezes up in FarmVille 1.

It's been happening for a while, very annoying, wish they would get it fixed pronto.
this usually happens when a new farm comes out ... very annoying ... but once the farm is up and running ... then the crafting seems to speed up a bit
