    We're sorry for the confusion, @OverIt. Have you checked your Gift Box? If yes, please try it again by typing "tulip valley" on the search bar so you can start using your "Tulip Valley Pack". Other benefits such as the full Expert meter in the "Early Access" week, Silver League status, and 40 Flower Cutters are available in the Tulip Tournament.
