Unable to Travel to English Countryside

I am unable to travel to my English Countryside farm. I keep getting the error message "Whoa Farmer". I have refreshed many times and nothing is working. I have my spa on this farm and I really need to get access to it and my crops are going to wither....PLEASE HELP!!!!
