I just joined. How can I access GagaVille?

Hello, i just joined Farmville for the first time after learning about the GagaVille campaign.
When I joined, I saw a banner today offering the Gagaville universe -- how can I access it?
There doesn't seem to be a good tutorial for this game anywhere.

    I've no clue how you saw that today, that was a short time feature from May 2011 and has not been available since then.

    Oh no, how sad! The spiky haired guy was the first one I saw in the tuturial page as i laid the first plot of land but now he's gone and i really signed up just to play that game --- but i swear i screenshot that image today as I joined. The interface isn't very userfriendly, is it?
