This started over a month ago. I have followed all the troubleshooting tips. Used 3 browsers on 2 pc's. Tried the gameroom. Stuck on everything. Submitted ticket a couple of days ago. Got auto response that support was delayed due to reduced staff. Just got a response from a tech saying response would be slow and submit another ticket if I wanted help. Now I cannot find the "contact us" button to submit another ticket. This is so frustrating. Been playing since 2010.
