NOT RECEIVING VIP BENEFITS
Zynga auto renewed my VIP on 12/20/19 after the trial which is fine, but I haven't received ANY of the VIP benefits since then. I sent a mssg through FB, but haven't found any customer service from Zynga to resolve this. Can anyone help? Thx SC
FB referred me to Zynga, of course. Zynga's phone line gives a non-helpful mssg then disconnects. All support links lead to forums and faqs, but NO support contact info.
I used this link: https://zynga.com/about/contact-us to leave a mssg through both the Investors pg & Advertisers pg, but I doubt I'll get help. Guess that $10 is just gone. FML****
