Not allowing me to renew VIP
Got a pop-up that my payment was denied, now it won't allow me to change payment method. Also last month when I was finally able to start the VIP again, it said I would receive 30 farm cash instantly, never did. I was a diamond level with the issue first started and had to start over at Bronze. Now it won't accept payment.

there was an issue a few months back with this type of thing .... I think you need to contact customer support .. as they are the only ones who can actually access your farm and sort it out ...
when you contact them ... if you dont get an automated response back then they havent received it ... as they always answer your contact ... so pop back and someone will give you a link to help you out
