how do i get proper "add neighbor" frame

My FarmVille Game ID: 113882236655220. i have several facebook friends. my problems are:
1. No "Ghost neighbor" tab is appearing.
2. facebook friends are not displayed.
3. i have 7 neighours but the photo frams show only 5 of them.
4. farmville friends are showing only 5.
due to these "Ask more" tab of any request in farmville show only these 5.

Kindly help me.

    Thank you Michael F of problem of facebook friend appearing is solved. Now Ask more is working fine. Thanks for uploading my facebook friends list.
    I have 8 neighbour as per "current neighbours" tag of Add neighbour tag. But the frame below with thumbnails show only 7. Moreover when i try to expand my home firm it says one more for 8 neighbours.
